Yuri Shabelnikov
Born in 1959 in Taganrog.
1977-1978 studied at Rostov State Pedagogical Institute.
1979-1982 studied at Grekov Art School.
1982-1995 taught at Children's Art School in Taganrog.
Member of the Artists' Union since 1987.
