Nikolai Mukhin
Nikolai Mukhin was born in 1955 in the city of Kostroma. He graduated from the Yaroslavl Art School in 1974. He has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1985. Since 1997, he has been a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts and was one of the winners of the competition for the 'Restoration of the murals of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour.' Under his supervision, work is being carried out on the creation of the altarpiece 'Nativity of Christ' in the galleries of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour.
Works in collections
His works are held in museums across the country, including the State Tretyakov Gallery, as well as in collections abroad.
