Novotelnov Fyodor
Fyodor Novotelnov was born in 1928 in the city of Veliky Ustyug, Vologda region. He graduated from the Yaroslavl Art School in 1950. He has been a member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1960. Since 1954, he has participated in republican and all-union exhibitions, including 'Great Volga'. In 1997, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia.
Works in collections
His works are held in national museums and in private collections in Lithuania, England, Italy, France, the USA, and Japan.
