Petrov-Gladky Vladimir Nikolaevich
Born on April 1, 1948 in Moscow, he studied painting in the art classes affiliated with the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov and in the private school-studio of Vasily Ya. Sitnikov. Since 1975, he has been a member of the International Federation of Artists-Graphic Artists under UNESCO. He began exhibiting in 1968 and for two decades participated in exhibitions of the City Committee of Graphic Artists (Malaya Gruzinskaya, 28), took part in 13 exhibitions of the group 'Twenty Moscow Artists', and participated in numerous solo exhibitions in Moscow, Washington, New York, and Helsinki.

His works are in the collection of the Vienna Museum of Modern Art '20th Century', Zimmerli Museum of Contemporary Art in New Jersey, in the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Jersey City, as well as in galleries and private collections in Russia, the USA, and Europe.
