Dmitry Nebogatov
Born in 1969 in Moscow. Graduated from art school in 1987, and from the Department of Easel Painting and Graphics of the Correspondence Folk University of Arts in 1991. Member of the Association of Young Artists and Art Critics at the Moscow organization of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1990. Member of the Professional Creative Union of Artists of Russia of the International Federation of Artists since 1998.
Augusta Oranskaya
Graduated from Moscow City Pedagogical Institute named after V.P. Potemkin in 1951. Member of the Professional Creative Union of Artists of Russia of the International Federation of Artists.

Paraphrasing the great classic, we can say: 'As many souls, so many artists,' – for every soul is an artist, every soul sees and perceives the world in its own way, even though it cannot always embody what is seen and felt in color, music, or word. Artist Dmitry Nebogatov has managed to do this: his paintings are not the history of Russia, nor illustrations of what has been read, nor nostalgia for unfulfilled dreams, nor fantasy, but all of the above and something else, grasped only by those whose souls resonate with his sensitive artist's soul. Anyone attentive and not indifferent will find in his work something indefinably attractive for the soul, stirring the heart like the last ray of sunset, something spring-like and eternal.
