Novoseltseva Vera
Born in 1966 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Textile Institute, Faculty of Applied Arts, in 1989. Worked as a decorator-artist. Participant in exhibitions since 1985. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 1998.

Her works are held in private collections in Russia, the USA, Japan, and Germany.
