Ruslan Naurbievich Tsrymov
Ruslan Naurbievich Tsrymov (born November 20, 1952, in Psygansu village, Urvan District, Kabardian ASSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian artist, academician of the Russian Academy of Arts (2021).
Biography
He was born on November 20, 1952, in Psygansu, Kabardian ASSR, and currently lives and works in Nalchik.
In 1975, he graduated from the Karachay-Cherkess State Pedagogical Institute.
In 2012, he was elected a corresponding member, and in 2021, an academician of the Russian Academy of Arts from the Southern Regional Department.
Artistic Activity
Main works: "Confusion", "The Boat", "Sun", among others. He is the author of several albums: "Ruslan Tsrym", "metamorphoses TS", and the monograph by Slava Lyon "TS. Re-Conceptual Series in the Context of Postmodernism".
His works are held in the Kabardino-Balkarian Museum of Fine Arts, the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, the Maikop branch of the Museum of Oriental Peoples, and the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.
He is a participant in republican, regional, and international exhibitions.

His works are in the STANBET gallery in Moscow and private collections in Russia.
