Maxim Daniilovich Mitlyansky
Born in 1953 in Moscow.
In 1986, graduated from the Art and Graphics Faculty of the Moscow State Correspondence Pedagogical Institute, joined the Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 1981, member of the Youth Association at the Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 1981, participant in Russian and international exhibitions.
