Ilya Vladimirovich Kitup (born March 11, 1964, Vilnius, USSR) is a Russian artist, poet, publisher, and musician. He graduated from the Faculty of Philology at Moscow State University in 1986. Between 1981 and 1986, he was the songwriter and vocalist for Moscow's first ska band, 'Kabinet'. In the early 1990s, he worked in workshops in Trekhprudny Lane. Author about himself

I try to work in a clear and understandable manner, both for myself and for the viewer. I believe that art should be interesting for both the author and those around—engaging and entertaining for adults, children, youth, and the elderly. Sometimes, I manage to meet these criteria. I will strive to continue doing so.
