Standing on an irregular pedestal, a thoughtful girl is depicted feeding a chicken family consisting of a rooster, hen, and chicks. The painting is done in polychrome. It is either by Alfred König, dating from around 1905-1910, with model number Y 130. There are some unknown restorations and a crossed swords mark. The height of the artwork is 25 cm. Provenance: From the estate of a significant private collection in Northern Germany. An Art Nouveau figure of a girl with a feeding bowl, insignificantly restored. Meissen, around 1910-1923.
