"Paysage lacustre" is a slender baluster-shaped vase with a club-shaped body resting on a swinging foot. It is made of colorless glass with yellow powdered enamel, light green and dark olive-colored overlays. The vase features etched decoration of a wooded lakeside landscape. It is signed by Daum Nancy, Lorraine, Cross. The height of the vase is 63.7 cm. A comparable design can be found in Noel Daum's book "Daum. Maitres verriers" from 1980, on page 55 (comparable decorations). This is a very large cameo vase with an acid-etched lake landscape by Daum Frères. It is signed and originates from France, Nancy. Created by Daum Frères around 1910-1914.
