Taller baluster shaft surrounded by stylized leaf vines. Mounted on top is an attachment with a centrally ascending tulle, surrounded by ten curved candle arms made of relief-sculpted volutes in conical, vase-shaped tulle over wide, radiantly relief-adorned drip pans.
