Faience. Round plate form with curved rim. Cobalt blue sharp edge decoration. In the center, a coat of arms with shepherd utensils in cartouche framing and double helmet crest, on the rim an encompassing ornamental border. Minimal damage to the edge. Diameter: 40.8 cm. A South German, most likely Nuremberg, blue and white armorial plate. Minor chips to the rim. Southern German, probably Nuremberg. Around 1720-1730.
