Colorless crystal glass, richly cut. Rosette-shaped, flared foot with a star-shaped base; the ovoid body with profiled neck and surrounding wreath of highly cut rectangular fields, adorned with flat decor made of rectangles with fine Steinel or diamond cut; similarly decorated, high-pulled handle; shoulder and neck facet-cut; the helmet-like spout with multiple arch cuts. H. 29.5 cm. A pair of French, probably Baccarat, cut crystal glass decanters (or pitchers). France. Probably Baccarat, 19th century.
