Framed Royal Vienna porcelain plate with transfer decoration of mother and daughter. Austrian / German, late 19th - early 20th century. Hand painted details. Plate is in good shape, with no cracks. Frame has some wear and backing loss, some loss of molding. Plate is marked "906" and has a gilt heart over the Bavarian porcelain manufactory that made the plate.
