Tempera on chalk ground on wood. Edges with nailed silver fittings. Central in the image field is an inlaid cross with a relief Christ corpus. On the two wings are three image fields each. The upper fields show "Christ takes up the cross on his shoulders" and the "Lamentation of Christ", below that the Last Supper and two image fields with a total of twelve saints.
