Elongated, rectangular, strongly curved shape with elliptical narrow sides and rounded long edges. Rust-red enamel over wave guilloche ground. On the hinged lid, a centrally applied Russian double-headed eagle, set with diamond roses, framed by the years of the Romanovs' reign "1613" and "1913". Marked 88.
