A Russian gilt silver trinket box. The round piece is adorned with raised Neoclassical ornaments. The cover is decorated with red guilloche enamel and an overlay monogram of Nicholas II, the last Russian emperor. The initials are topped with a ruby crown and surrounded by a row of diamonds.
