Most often, surrealism is perceived as a somewhat dark and gloomy world, where we encounter something incomprehensible, extravagant, and sometimes even hostile and dangerous. However, in the works of Vitaly Glovatsky, the surreal takes on not only an optimistic but also a fairy-tale character, to which the word "fable" applies. The works are very interesting and beautiful. They remind one of the forgotten steampunk style for many. The style is very beautiful and stands out for its uniqueness and a sense of antiquity. Steampunk is essentially a style of mechanical devices, a certain chaos, things that operate without modern fuels, which pollute the environment so heavily. The author's works closely resemble the style used in the new game Alice in Wonderland, where steampunk is actively featured. Most likely, the author, like many before him, tried to convey through his paintings the need for the planet to be cleansed of harmful exhaust gases, as well as unnecessary expenditures.
