Segnitz (Seignitz) Christian Friedrich, born in 1800 in Riga, came to St. Petersburg as an apprentice in 1821. From 1837, he worked as a master silverworker and was known in St. Petersburg until 1875. His hallmark is a rectangular shape with the initials "F.S", with a dot after the letter F. Objects associated with him include a tray at the Hermitage Museum. The shape of the objects is a rectangle, and they are made of silver.
