Novostica City Claymo 1847-1880 "The two-headed eagle under the crown."

The urban stamp of Novocherkassk features an image with a double-headed eagle emerging under a crown in the upper half of the shield. The lower half of the shield is divided into four parts with images of flags, a fortress above a river, a pernach, a bobylev's tail, a mace, and a bunchuk. (1847-1880). Form: heraldic shield.
