Kabel Otto Samuil (Keibel Otto Samuel) (r. 1768 in Prussia, mind. 1809) in 1797, the golden case of the cechal master and jeweller in Petersburg, 1807-1808, the great master and jeweller, had students, including his son, Jomigane Vigil.
