The sugar bowl is decorated with a wide strip of shades of colors and curls in green, pink, and blue enamel on a pink background, the handle is also decorated in a similar way on a deep turquoise background, with gilding inside. The sugar tongs are decorated with stylized floral and leaf ornaments in multicolored enamel on a gilded background with a relief surface.
