Octagonal pedestal with relief wave band. Above wave terrain, lying in a shell, a fish-tailed Nereid, with Cupid sitting in front of her, listening. Laterally hanging bow and filled quiver of Cupid. After training at the art school of the Meissen Manufactory, Otto König studied at the Dresden Art Academy from 1860, as a student of Ernst Hähnel since 1861.
