On a naturalistically designed pedestal sits a Chinese man in a white robe adorned with Indian flowers and a decorated belt. In his right hand, he holds a staff with a plastic dragon crown. Standing to the side is a lady in lavender-colored trousers with a sea green, flower-patterned robe, and a gentleman with a large umbrella providing shade. There is also a sitting parrot on a branch.
