An Alexander III late 19th century Russian 84 zolotnik silver small tankard, Moscow 1891 by JФ (unidentified). Of tapering cylindrical form with embossed coopered bands, a hinged disc lid raised by an openwork scroll thumbpiece. The front engraved with a vacant quatrefoil cartouche flanked by foliage, repeated on the lid. Marked underneath for assayer by Anatoly Apollonovich Artsybashev, also with later Soviet
